1. Custom products

Made-to-order items (engraving, personalized print) are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

2. Reporting window

Report any issue within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Each case is reviewed individually.

3. Exchanges

If approved, we will remake the item or replace it with a similar product subject to material availability.

4. Return requests

Submit a return request from your account or the returns page. Our team will respond within two business days.
